What do you think of low sugar yogurt and granola for breakfast?

I think I would prefer a no sugar yogurt as granola by it self is already a heavy snack .And add some light fruits to boost energy

Both are healthy and nutrition rich food, granola makes up a whole protein package while yougurt will be installing probiotic in you… Plus low on suger is just perfect to avoid extra sugar in the morning which may cause fake energy building, cause of which you'll be down by the time of lunch… 😁 So they are a really good option for a perfect health packed breakfast

I like yogurt and granola for breakfast but sometimes the difference in textures is too much for me in a morning so I normally have cereal
