Maybe because your dinner is so heavy so try to eat for the dinner something not hard don’t put a lot of oil in it it’s healthy things

I eat an earlier dinner (usually around 5 PM) and portion control to avoid over eating. Sometimes I still want to snack, but I try not to snack past 8 PM.

Just eat early, about 8 to 9 PM. In that way, especially if u fall asleep early (and by that I dont mean 2 AM) in the morning u will rather gonna wake up from hunger than from the alarm

I don't but the thing is you should never eat heavily at night there is not this wrong reason there are more for examples you wake up late
