I try to keep to a routine. Get up the same time every day and work out in the mornings. I know that during the day i will find reasons not to do something, so i do it early

- What do you do when something prevents you from doing your usual exercise method/routine? I have asthma so I can’t run outside. I usually play Step Mania because it gets my heart rate going.
