How to exercise at home?

It's quite easy if you know where to start! And that's your favourite music! You can use speakers or headphones, it doesn't matter! In any place and in any clothes you can start with tapping your foot to the beat, or swinging your head to the melody, then slowly you add shoulders, spine, arms and legs! And here you are – you are dancing! It can be a great stretch and a warm-up! After you danced enough, you can start your exercise program (you can choose whatever you like and suits you, remember about the small steps, don't overstrain yourself) moving to the beat or just focusing on your breath. And voila – you are exercising!
