What exercises do you turn to in order to change up your routine?

Walking is my go to exercise…no matter what. Walking is really the best exercise for your health, as it doesn’t raise your cortisol levels. When I feel bored with it… I create a new route. I love nature so I very seldom feel bored because nature changes everyday. I also change what I’m listening to. Sometimes it’s music and sometimes it’s an audio book or podcast.

Walking. This has always helped me reflect and grow and I often forget how helpful going for a small or even a long walk helps me appreciate life.
