What do you do as part of your exercise routine? For how long & at what time do you start?

You can work in your exercise whenever it is convenient for you, whether you are a lark or an owl. There are great apps out there like Asana Rebel that offer instructed led courses that range from 5 minutes to 35 minutes. It doesn’t matter how long you exercise, it matters that you are consistent and you dedicate at least 5 minutes a day.
