I had my breakfast at 10:30 in the morning at some workout with contained 3 boiled eggs and cottage cheese for my breakfast was pretty good and mindful too… Btw I'm slowly adopting some good habits 😌

I prefer some greek yogurth with some sliced banana and a pinch of cinnamon. Or when i'm in a hurry, i just grab a biscuit full of nuts, or a banana and that's it
