What helps most is setting aside time where I can fully focus without distractions. Even a couple of hours, but I treat it seriously. No phone, no scrolling, just the work.
I also make sure Iβm clear on what I want to achieve before I start. If the goal is vague, I lose focus. But when itβs clear, I get immersed much faster.
Once I get into a flow state, I try not to break it. Thatβs usually when I do my best work and actually enjoy the process.
At the same time, I donβt force it when my energy is low. Iβd rather rest or do lighter tasks and come back stronger. Itβs less about grinding nonstop and more about working with intention.
Since Iβm still new, Iβm also staying curious and treating everything as a chance to learn, which makes it easier to stay focused and passionate.
