Try to eat fruits and vegetables or meats , fish or eggs . And don't eat bakery stuffs it'll make you feel full at first but later it'll make you hungry again … So avoid eating it .
A brown-bread chicken/turkey sandwich loaded with veggies. If your veg, I recommend something like wheat noodles. These are easy to eat and digest but keep you full for the time of work.

I guess, Biryani because it's a heavy meal with rice, meat and lots of spices that keep you feeling full for a longer period.
