I would suggest protein bars or protein shakes if you’re short on time. If you want to cook a meal, toast, eggs, and a fruit of choice. If you’re on the go and don’t enjoy protein bars, nuts, berries, and fruit juices/smoothies are perfect. All of these supply you with vital nutrients and protein for your body. Considering breakfast is very important, getting your day started with a boost is very beneficial
