I’d say a Herbalife healthy meal shakes with one fruit, banana or papaw id recommend. It’s balanced with many of the body’s needed nutrition to jump start the day

Oatmeal + fruit, even if sometimes fibers can make symptoms worse. Other options are smoothies, non dairy yoghurt with fruits like banana and berries, scrambled eggs with gluten-free bread (be careful, some recipes online can be IBS friendly but at the end you could make symptoms worse — experiment with different recipes). Trying to maintain a dairy-free and gluten-free diet is beneficial.

I don’t have IBS, but have an ulcerated small intestine and I like having Low-fat kefir, with berries or cherries, and grain free granola like Purely Elizabeth coconut cashew. It doesn’t make my stomach hurt 🙂

bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon without sugar or artificial sweeteners. Fresh peaches and prunes with peppermint tea or something with natural peppermint oil, which is a laxative, Dr. Garrett said.

Depends on the type of IBS. For diarrhea predominant IBS: Lomotil, Benefiber and Rice based cereal like rice checks with almond milk. For constipation predominant IBS high fiber bran cereal, and a cup of green tea or coffee.
