What best method I can use to focus?

Hey! I personally find that setting a timer for 45 minutes works best for me. I stay fully focused on one task, and then take a short break afterward. I never really needed extra tricks, but here’s a simple method I’ve heard that might help if you feel distracted:

1. Take a 2-minute break (stretch or walk around).

2. Set a timer for 25 minutes for focused study.

3. If your mind wanders, do deep breathing (5 seconds in, 5 seconds out) and refocus.

It’s simple but it helps reset your mind!
