This unplugging before bed thing is the real deal. I have only been doing it about 50% of the time but I’m trying to keep my streak from now on! Those days I didn’t, I woke up the next morning NOTICEABLY feeling crappier than the nights I had put away the screens. Like 500%. I am so excited to see a green line connecting my evening routine soon! Every time I check off those habits I am reminded of what good things I am doing for my body and my life. I am well on my way to living to the full!
Put the cat into cage, and lights out all the lamps. Let my self comfortable on the bed with pillow and blanket. Sometimes I wear socks. And then watch some youtube videos until fall a sleep
