Small increments. Don’t do a a huge cold turkey mess-up because you’ll get too stressed out to hold on to your gains. Do 10 minutes or half an hour, make sure you have something to do during that 10 minutes or half an hour. And most important reflect on what it felt like and how great it was
Reading a good book could help. Sometimes I feel like I need a lot of stimulation so by reading something that I know I would like, not too difficult, helps. Going out with some friends, spending time in the company of people you like might also work.

Put your phone in a different room than you! This is very helpful to because after a while you forget your phone exists for a bit!
