What are the simplest forms of exercises you perform?

Hi there I find the simplest one squats and it’s good for your brain to do squats believe it or not,I do the plank and I do leg raises which is lying on your back with both legs straight but hovering off the floor and you do like a fast walk with mini steps for 30 secs at a time with a minutes break then go again and do this three times every two days good luck with it ❤️
