Thanks for the question. I find that the easiest and healthiest breakfasts are leftover breakfasts. And then adding a fresh component like yoghurt ,fruits and a freshly brewed cuppa tea😊 it helps in reducing time for making a full breakfast and also goes a long way in zero waste. Supporting our health and supporting the health of our beloved planet.
