So, good healthy breakfast options will be really good for your body. Like, oatmeal with honey, bannana, and some chia seeds. Also yogurt with honey and berries.
And form of bread like a croissant, bagel, or toast. Eggs in any form with fruits and or vegetables. Water, smoothie, or any juice.

I usually try to have carbs, protein, and fruit for breakfast, so I love a yogurt bowl with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries topped with granola and some honey. Or a peanut butter bagel with fruits 🙂
