Overnight oats! You can make them the night before, you can add in many different mix-ins (fruits, spices, protein powder, yoghurt) to change and customise the flavor and nutrition profiles, and oats are a great source of fiber!

I love making yogurt parfaits! I usually use vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt and add oats and honey granola (I’m allergic to tree nuts so good granola is hard to find!) and finally top with a generous amount of berries. It’s the best breakfast to wake up to, even when I’m rushing out the door for school! 💕✨
