Doing thirty minutes of yoga and after that, read for more than twenty minutes and try to go to sleep with a eye/face mask on.
I do meditation wind downs on Headspace as well. Particularly the one that has you shut off each muscle is helpful for me, personally. I usually fall asleep by the end of the 5min, and I’ve noticed it’s a better quality of sleep. But, it’s also important that you don’t overthink the falling asleep part - because ironically, the harder you try for it, the harder it gets. You have to just relax and let it come to you :) I usually let this be a time to daydream about random stuff I only mildly care about and just drift off... I’ve noticed when I try to “hurry up” and go to sleep though, that’s when I have the hardest time actually getting to sleep 🙃It truly is about letting it come to you.. you got this! 🤗 Keep at it! With practice it’ll get easier too :)
