To be able to go to sleep on time, it’s best to set a routine at night. I know, this seems like a lot of work but even simple and soothing tasks make you sleepy. The best time to start your routine— whether that’s starting your defuser or turning your fan on and dimming the lights, listening to soothing music— is 45 minutes to an hour before you want to go to sleep. Then, you have time to wash your face, brush your teeth, and tidy up around you. You can do this!👊
