What’s a nice routine to get you to sleep relatively fast

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

To establish a routine that helps you fall asleep relatively fast, consider these steps: 1) Set a consistent bedtime to regulate your internal clock. 2) Create a calming pre-sleep ritual—like reading or meditating—for about 30 minutes before bed. 3) Limit screen time and bright lights to minimize stimulation. 4) Keep your sleep environment cool and dark. By stacking these habits into your nightly routine, you can create a peaceful transition to sleep, promoting lasting healthy habits and improving overall well-being.

I start getting ready for bed around an hour and a half before I go to sleep. I do every last thing I need to do on my phone before plugging it in for the night. Then I do my bathroom stuff which takes up the majority of the time. I turn my lights off to let my mind stay to switch into sleep mode even before I go to bed. Then I do a 15 minute before bed stretching routine, read if there’s extra time, and the. I fall alado pretty quickly, mainly because of that stretching time.
