What are activities that you consider might function as meditation?

Breathing. Sitting down, closing your eyes and just clearing your head. This doesn't completely replace a 30min meditation, but it calms you down.
Drinking water, playing music (can also be calming sounds), or just taking a step outside to admire the wonders of this beautiful planet we inhabit.

You can also say a little prayer of gratitude or affirmations to bring positivity into your space. This can also boost your confidence.
