I don’t use this app to do my meditation. Tried the first imitation but too much voice and noise. I like headspace or Petit bambou way more. Having those integrated could be really powerful for me
I sit criss cross in my room, on my bed, for 10 minutes. I usually play a piano instrumental playlist to help soothe me. It is easy to follow and I find the slow pace of the music to help “move” my thoughts to its flow. I don’t clear my mind. I actually just let my thoughts come and go. Some sit longer than others and I’m able to take an objective view.
