Have a very light and healthy snack… Like you can have a banana or an apple or some soaked dry fruits… These will not give you a feeling of full but will give enough energy to do your high intensity workouts
The best advice I have would be to allocate time between your meal and the exercise. Food spends between 40 minutes to 2 hours in the stomach before moving on to the small intestine. I’d recommend waiting 30-40 minutes before exercising if you had a small snack, or an hour or more if it’s a proper meal. Hope this helps 🙂
I would recommend oat meals with milk (could be almond milk) and half of a fruit as a smoothie before training and after it a proper breakfast
