during mornings i always have many things to do and i don’t feel like doing yoga, so i always do it in the evening when my day is over or just before going to bed so i can relax my body – the moves that i do are focused on shoulders, neck, my back and legs and i am helped by an app (specific for yoga)
i think that you should find something that helps you feeling better but at the beginning, it is normal to try different options so i hope you’ll find soon the perfect program for you :]
