Eggs are the tried and tested and true royalty of breakfast foods. To make it healthier, only prepare the egg whites. You can also add fruit such as apples and bananas to your shake. Mixed nuts and peanut butter are also great low sodium, low glucose, low carb, high protein options. Oatmeal has been known to be good for your heart, though you will have to watch the carb and glucose count for certain ones.

I wouldn't recommend proteins/shake and bars. It's not the best option to replace breakfast. If you are looking to make your life easier, it's better to bet on skyr or other dairy products with high levels of protein.

Try slicing organic tofu, cold right out of the package, with lemon, nutritional yeast, and your favorite spice blend, I use Spike. Peanut butter or cream cheese on celery, with raisins or dried cranberries is a breakfast you can look forward to. Almond butter on a rice cake is satisfying. Slices banana adds more yum. Avocado on toasted thin sliced German bread.

I have found that egg whites without salty are pretty good! 2 egg whites and a half cup of oatmeal with fruit is my staple breakfast and I have found it very helpful!
