There are a couple of things that I like. Eggs and toast is pretty simple and you can make them more or less complicated. A fruit bowl or oatmeal and fruit. I'll also make a smoothie by using milk or juice and some frozen fruit. Sometimes I'll add in avacados, spinach, bananas, yogurt, vanilla, or peanut butter. For the smoothies I'll typically make two helpings and save the second one for a different day.
