I’ve set my switch off and bedtime. It’s difficult if you don’t feel tired to go up to bed. Should I stay up a bit longer or go to bed and see if i can sleep.

If I’m not feeling tired, I usuallY do a bit of light tidying so it’s clear in the morning then pick something relaxing activity like read, colouring. If I read I tend to do this in bed then when I’m feeling sleepy I’m comfy and turn off the light ready for sleep. I have also started a bedtime routine , wash , cleanses moisture. It prepares my mind its bed.
