It’s summer, so my life is really unstructured right now. This week I’m trying to make myself follow a strict sleep schedule (no naps!). Could meditating when I want to nap be a good alternative? I’m worried it’ll just make me sleepy haha

Yes, meditation is kind of resetting yourself in both physical and spiritual.

i would recommend doing something to get your blood flowing first! like jumping jacks and drinking an entire bottle of water. and then meditate afterwards so that you don’t fall asleep. this will give you the energy boost you need to continue through till your till night routine and then bed.

I think meditation 🧘‍♂️would be a good idea. You can also try to do exercise or yoga as it will keep you productive and active for the day. Also, try to get a 8 to 10 hour sleep since it is summer so you will not feel like having a nap during the day. Hope this helps 🙏😌
