1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 tomato(es)
First, you need to combine the eggs and beat them lightly afterward, cook the egg in a nonstick frying pan.
Second, add the cheese, mushroom, and tomatoes to the center of the eggs.
Finally, cook it until the eggs look all good and fold it.
