I believe that you can. Breakfast and other meals are part of your daily cycle and should happen according to your schedule. If you cannot have it earlier, it's better to have that great breakfast a bit late than to skip.

To me you can eat before 12pm and it is considered breakfast, some people wake up at 9 and canβt eat as soon as they wake up so 11am is a good breakfast time.

It depends on when you wake up, I mean, if you wake up at 7 AM then itβs not really good and healthy. But, if you wake up at 9:30 AM than itβs good for you to eat breakfast

I think that would be too late. Keeping a routine means planning ahead. If you eat a heavy breakfast by 10am, you may have difficulties getting lunch later on. The idea is not about getting to eat breakfast or lunch or dinner. Rather, it is to stablish a routine you can control.
