It is absolutely ok to have some junk food sometimes. It is all about balance. As long as you keep a relatively healthy diet, some junk food here and there won’t hurt.
It’s okay but this shouldn’t be the excuse. Sometimes food can be a shelter from emotions, and it is ok but this doesn’t have to be a habit. Healthy food is good for mental health too and it’s related
It’s ok if you feel alright with yourself. In that case you can eat whatever you want and whenever you want,obviously without exaggeration.
For me, I don’t think I can take junk food in the afternoon,being a lover of gluten 😋 and being in my weight loss journey. I don’t think I can afford that to slide back
