Is it just me who has a serious problem eating breakfast? I can’t even eat one sandwich without feeling full, or in the worst case ill. Just me?

Try to eat lots of small meals or snacks throughout the day. Maybe you have some fruit for breakfast, a couple eggs for snack, a toast for lunch, some fruit and yoghurt for a snack and a lite salad with protein for dinner.

No I don’t feel full or ill.. it’s just not possible for me to make healthy breakfast everyday.. sometimes due to my shift.. or I feel too tired.. need to make breakfast then wash utensils then in an hour I need to start making lunch.. very exhausting.. specially when I’m working
