Is it a good/bad/indifferent to meditate after a work out?

It is indifferent to me, because I’d never do it. I will start doing it after a workout to see the effects on my mood. Hope it gets better after a good sweat!

I would say it’s only going to benefit you to mediate and be mindful after a workout so that you can reflect on how your body and mind feel.
