I like to have cereal 🥣 to start the day, preferably low on sugar and a bit of fruit. Occasionally porridge which sets me up well. These are not targeted breakfast foods so I would look to a more scientific intake in the future.
A good balanced breakfast is ALWAYS a great way to start your morning! Including protein, grain, dairy, oil, and also always have a fruit with my breakfast too!! Make sure you will enjoy it as well ! You dont need to make it a whole course meal if you dont want. if it makes u feel good and motivated .: go ahead, dont pressure yourself on making it “healthy” or “not” You and only you know what feels good to you
