In the morning I don’t have much time to make a complicated breakfast. What can I eat fast what will avoid me snacking later on, and what is still healthy enough?

I put some cream cheese on two big slices of bread, enough to cover them on one side, add some raspberries or blueberries, or even other small fruits, and some crushed nuts on top of it all, not too much.
It takes up about 5/10 minutes, but the more you do it, the easier it becomes.
