Just skip it for the day. I skipped my exercise today for example. I had a really busy morning and i didnt do exercise, I love doing my yoga or a short run, but today I didnt and that is ok. I did it yesterday and before yesterday, so I can skip some things today. We are not robots to follow the same path everyday, its good we make an effort and stick to the routine but sometimes its ok to skip.
