I’m just not hungry some mornings, and feel nauseated if I force myself to eat something. And then when I start work it’s almost impossible to eat a whole meal. Suggestions?

It is because early morning we have completed our 8 hours sleep feel starving and if we don't eat when needed it will cause gas. So, we need to start with a glass of water and lite breakfast.

If u really don't, feel hungry as soon as you wake up. You have to find another solution for that.Which is to do your exercises before eating
In that case, you will find yourself hungry
