I’m a Diabetic and an Asthmatic, are there any special exercises I can do?

You could try ones that don’t have you running out of breath such as sit ups, those don’t have you running out of breath as easily. If the exercise is going to make you run out of breath, do it only 2 times, then sit down, or to pass the time do sit-ups

Yes. It’s also better for you to take control of them. You should do gentle exercises like slow workouts and walking. They can be longer than a normal workout but make sure that they are slow and low strength. Also you can try yoga. Yoga contains breath works too. It will be good for your asthma. I hope this helps. Take care of you and have a nice day!
