Cardio is very necessary. And I find trouble doing it as well, but there are ways to make it easier. Like learning a choreography of a song, or in my case I found it easier to just do a quick 6 minute warm up video. I’m not that athletic, so it gets my heart rate up and makes me a little more active. Start small and if you find it too easy, build up, that’s my plan at least.
Well all I do is cardio so I’m a bit biased, but I have heard that you could do like cardio 15 mins 3 times a week and that’ll be enough so it’s definitely not essential to a good workout. I think whatever works best for the person is what you should be doing so you can feel happy and comfortable

Without some cardio exercise, you can raise your risk for heart disease. Plus, you miss out on other amazing cardio benefits, like stabilizing your blood sugar levels and lowering your blood pressure. It helps me to keep in fit.
I think cardio is indeed necessary, it helps with your overall health status and its a great way of burning bad thoughts
