If sometimes insomnia stare down at you and you get drowned in sad thoughts, what do you do to be better and fall asleep?
When insomnia strikes and sad thoughts overwhelm you, try establishing a calming bedtime ritual. Begin winding down an hour before sleep with activities like reading, gentle stretching, or meditation. Journaling your thoughts can also help clear your mind. Focus on your breath, practicing mindfulness to anchor yourself in the present. Consistent sleep routines create a sense of security, guiding you towards restful nights and better mental well-being. Remember, prioritizing your sleep is a vital step in achieving your overall goals.
I would watch funny movies or sketches or whatever but anything that would make me laugh. I would also check my old pictures of me, my family, my friends, and my cats. I would watch their videos I try to smile remembering that moment.
