The protein from the eggs gives you more energy that is sustainable and last longer, whereas the cereal is putting sugar into your body that may give you some energy but that energy is used quickly and is not sustainable. It is the egg protein that will stay with you longer and fill you up more.

Not eating anything at all is better if you’re just going to consume carbs. If u eat carb and eggs, it is the egg fat that stays with you.

Eggs are an excellent source of protein and super yummy. Protein can satiate your hunger for longer than the sugars and carbs in cereal. However if you don’t have time to make an egg a bowl of cereal can give you the boost in energy you need to make jtb

the protein is what gives you energy while the fat stays in your body longer. you burn the protein off easier so the fat will likely stay, but doesn’t fuel your body

It is totally the protein. That’s what gives you long-term energy. If you get tired of eggs, try other protein sources like yogurt, lean meat, or nuts/nut butter with a grain (I make oatmeal with peanut butter or chia seeds, and that really lasts me—especially when I mix in bananas and raspberries). Good luck!

More than likely it’s the protein. It’s a bit denser as a nutrition source and is recommended in the morning. It really does explain why you feel hungry if you don’t get a source of protein to start the day. You can always start light but you will probably be hungry soon afterwards.

It is the protein in the egg that makes you feel fuller and energetically sustained for longer period of time. Try pairing the egg with a fruit, or an avocado for added nutrition and deliciousness.

Eggs are incredibly nutrient-dense and filling, mainly because of their high protein content.
High-protein foods have been known to reduce appetite and increase fullness, compared to foods that contain less protein.
Studies have repeatedly shown that egg meals increase fullness and reduce food intake during later meals.
Eggs also rank high on a scale called the Satiety Index. This scale evaluates how well foods help you feel full and reduce calorie intake later on.

Eggs are good sources of protein that will hold you over for much longer. Cereals are often made with a bunch of sugar, which will make you feel great for a very short period of time. If eggs don’t work for you, try oatmeal, or something with peanut butter!

I believe it is the protein. I have a smoothie in the morning and it works the same way. Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and honey.

Eggs are considered protein and there are more healthy foods that keep you full until lunch. Instead of cereal try eating oats
