If I didn’t prepare during the week or the night before, is cereal still an OK breakfast?

In my opinion, YES!!! I have cereal for breakfast all the time. The important thing is that you make sure you have a piece of fruit with it! As long as it’s not a super sugary cereal, it’s perfectly alright.

Yeah, I’d add fruit if possible. Buy a protein or fiber cereal w/ nutritional value, whichever one would be able to suit your nutritional needs/goals. I’d consider buying a nonGMO cereal, so I’d feel better about my choices. By doing this, I believe that it demonstrates to myself that I’m being mindful about the decisions I make, even when I don’t have the time to make them. Try your best to prioritize the prep time moving forward unless you truly believe that cereal is a suitable breakfast option to help you achieve your goals. It’s the little things. No pressure – you’ve got this!

Depends on the portion. A bowl of cereal, maybe with some milk, or tea, is a very good breakfast! You don’t need to make anything fancy for it to be a “good” breakfast. What makes it good is the amount of energy, so carbohydrates, it gives you. It doesn’t necessarily need protein or too much fats, check the carbo and you’re good (my father is a nutritionist!)
