Può capitare che, in situazioni di emergenza, io non riesca a fare colazione. Purtroppo le conseguenze si fanno sempre sentire: cali di pressione, umore irritabile, mancanza di energia e una fame nervosa tremenda prima di pranzo.

You not eating breakfast won’t kill you right away but at your earliest convenience you need to feed your body with nutritional value( foods that have substance like vegetables , fruits, meats if you like but not necessary. so that it nourishes the body, mind and soul. You have to practice self- care and self – love. because you are hurtling your body’s natural mechanism for recognizing when it is time to eat and fulfill your bodies functions or starve it and be malnourished in the process. Causing it to be now suffer from being incomplete. I am slightly worried about your mental process because do you understand how the body needs to feed to sustain healthy function. Three meals a day try to do the healthy plate protein( meat, fish, poultry) the size of your inner palm, small amount of carbs like rice, potatoes, pastas and 1/ half of your plate with vegetables. Just thought I’d provide the information regardless if you know or not. I hope this helps answer your question!
