Boil and peel a bunch of eggs, and invest in trail mix (or ingredients for it) that you can portion into bags to take with you. Every morning, you can take an egg or two and a bag of trail mix and eat it on the way. Don't forget your water bottle, you need to stay hydrated during the day too!
