I suppose it’s a way of formulating our thoughts in a different way- finalizing them and letting those thoughts go. Often times we think faster than we write, so slowing down helps us slow down our negative thinking. It’s also nice to look back and reflect on ourselves, notice trends etc
You don’t “have to”. You will want to once you start. Writing down things that mean something to “you” or change your direction in life for the better, special events etc Well they just bless your heart . Your could end up writing a book 📚 Revisiting
