I use social media to relax and unwind after a long day. I really want to get out of this habit but don’t know how to break it. If I ever just turn my phone off I find I can’t sleep because I have not had a moment to relax like I usually do.

I deal with something similar, what I do is focus on breathing instead if I can, and at least if not possible to be without the phone, I choose some content that is building me, like listening to a podcast I love, or some music that I can dance to for a few minutes
