I struggle more on my days off to stick to my habits. Any advice?

A habit is not a task, it’s a lifestyle. Something you take into account day to day. Before everyday you should take action to prepare for the next in simple way. Weather it’s getting an idea of breakfast tomorrow, an outfit out, or simply a water cup by your bedside. All these steps set you up for success.

I like to give myself more time on my days off. But not too much. I wake up only an hour or two later than when I wake up on work days, and I find that helps me stick with my routine better, while still letting myself rest longer.
