In my opinion, oatmeal is a good choice .Though it is high in carbs, it is the kind of carbs your body needs. Eggs do have more protien but if you want, you can go with a bit of oatmeal and a side of eggs for the ultimate breakfast. Plus, oats are like a blank canvas for flavor.
