You can try prepping your items the day before for fast access in the morning. As in the mornings are usually fast and hectic . You can try this recipe I saw on online ! One frozen banana with 1 spoonful of peanut butter . Seems delicious. You can also try frozen berries with 1/4 cup oats and a dash of milk and 1tsp of chia seeds.I mixed everything in a jar and keep it in the fridge so that in the morning all I have to do is just blend and drink. I used to buy fruits/veg in bulk, chop all of them up into smoothie-sized pieces, and portion them into freezer bags ahead of time. Tossing in a bit of veg like spinach is nice too because you can barely taste it.
It is a lot of plastic though so you could also use a reusable container and separate the portions using parchment paper instead.
